The great and majestic gates of Sanj'zaal were locked shut after a dragon attack. Nothing was able to get into the citadel, and nothing was able to escape from the reaches of the rocky city.
Valanah Sidphantion woke from her dream-like rest with a groggy look in her eyes. Like every morning, Valanah's thirst returned, though this morning's was stronger than the rest for she had not drank the night before. Desperate thoughts of blood and gore ripped through her mind as her blood lust grew deeper inside of her. Not only thoughts ravaged her, but sharp pains throughout her body made her groan in pain. The vampire was about to lose control of her actions, desperate to feed on anything she could.
A single dwarf walked past the door, to her it was just a large sack of blood, waiting to be hunted. Valanah instantly dispelled that thought from her mind, but as soon as the dwarf left, her eyes began to glow like hot coals in the furnace.
Though the Walls of Stone and Wood protected Sanj'zaal, a monster is slowly growing on the inside...
