SInce a RB for 1.3.1 was pushed out by Bukkit yesterday..we have updated and now both Tamora...and the Hadriel test server are 1.3. So it's safe to update and hop on!

Unfortunatly that build of Bukkit was very unstable...we won't be updating after all...
