Charter Form

We happily allow and encourage the entirety of the player-base to have and create cites and towns of their own (so long as they are not pure cobble and wood boxes), we encourage RP building here, and would like all our towns to display that, HOWEVER there is a small form one has to fill out in order to create a town, it is as follows:

We also ask that you send the co-ords of the area you would like your settlement to be, to an Admin. As we must decide if it is in reasonable area. We ask that you send it through a PM simply because if it was included in the forum we could risk the chance of meta, and we all don't want that.

~Prices~
Most settlements are free, but in order to reduce the amount of unneeded nations, we ask that if you want to create a nation you must pay a fee of 10,000 as Nations are HUGE areas (50x50 as of now, may change to 100x100). Later we may protect nation if we can figure out the proper nodes for it.
