Preparation

Hey Tamora,

Since the time for changing maps is dawning upon us...I took the liberty to re-work a few things to make them a bit more easier and RP friendly.

• Added a few rules
  
• Released ARPA
  
• Released Siege App
  
• Re-worked War App (Made it a little bit longer, and RP friendly)
  

NOTE TO ALL PLAYERS: Rules will be HEAVILY followed in the new map, we won't be taking shit from anyone. If you haven't read over the new rules, I suggest you do so, or risk getting temp-banned over something that you could have avoided.

Soon we will also be dawning a Server name! Which will mean one day EVERYTHING to do with Tamora will be re-worked in some way to display the new server name.
