/back ?

I was thinking about the "/back" command.

I was wondering if users could be allowed to use this. So if you were killed in RP, you are just knocked out, (with the exception of being hanged of course). So wouldn't it benefit the RP if we could /back when we died? This would help if a group was RP'ing far away. It would also reduce the complaining of loss of items. I know you shouldn't be able to use this during wars so that would be an exception of when to use it... I don't really see how users could abuse this power so just wondering! If i left something out post below! Thanks.

It would allow me to not have hunger and die if I am low on hunger and go back to get my items with losing any hunger.

You see players WILL lose items and they should im sick and tired of players complaining about item loses it happens! and it will always ! so no the admins dont see why players would need it your here to have fun and play minecraft more realistically... its like having /home all over again people will abuse the hell out of it ... Im sorry but the admins have decided not to add this command for normal players ...
